The National Credit Regulator is busy with Desktop Compliance Audits. Credit Providers are requested to submit certain documentation to the NCR in order to determine their compliance. Members are finding the audits and investigations challenging thus the guidance and input of the NCR is required. It is important to attend the MFSA AGM & Conference on 14 August 2019 in Durban as the National Credit Regulator Acting Manager: Debt Intervention, Investigations and Enforcement Anne-Carien du Plooy will be in attendance to answer compliance and investigations related questions.
