ILLEGAL ACTIVITY REPORTING

At MFSA, we are committed to promoting ethical practices and ensuring a fair and transparent microfinance industry in South Africa.
We want to invite our Members to report any illegal conduct or activities related to credit providers operating in the microfinance industry. Your assistance can play a vital role in safeguarding the interests of both consumers and responsible credit providers.

Why Reporting Matters:
•    Consumer Protection: Reporting illegal conduct helps protect vulnerable consumers from credit providers who may engage in unfair practices.
•    Industry Integrity: By reporting misconduct, you contribute to maintaining the integrity of the microfinance industry, ensuring that legitimate providers can thrive.
•    Regulatory Compliance: Reporting can help regulators take action against those who operate outside the law, promoting a level playing field.
