On the 16th of March 2023, MFSA launched our Debt Counselling #101 Manual for Members, compiled due to the urgent need for a simplified and step for step guide on how to deal with the most relevant topics that are found within the day-to-day business activities of the microlender.
We believe that this manual will be a valuable resource for our members, both new and existing.

We approached industry experts and subject matter specialists to compile this guide for our members.
The content was set out in question-and-answer format and includes visual process flows and standardized templates on how to deal with specific scenarios typical to the debt review process, as well as the microlender’s interaction therewith.
